The Cold Press Process

How we make our juices

Step 1 - Feeding

We feed the production line with only select high quality fruits from our own orchard.

Step 2 - Pressing

We shred the fruits and expose them to extreme pressure between a series of cylindrical drums until all the juice is collected and only a moist pulp remain. The pulp is then recycled to feed livestock or used by the pharmaceutical industry.

Step 3 - Pasteurisation

The cold pressed juices are pasteurised immediately after shredding. We run the juice through a mild pasteurisation - the process of heating the juice till 78°C. At this temperature we maximise the protection of the vitamin and nutritional values of the juices, extending the shelf life to a year. 

Step 4 - Packaging

Immediately after pasteurisation the juice is packaged in a aluminium-coated bag. This type of packaging prevents oxidation, does not interfere with the taste and colour of the juice and protects from the harmful effects of direct contact with light.

Step 5 - Enjoy!

Enjoy the juice without any added sugars, preservatives, concentrates, stabilisers, colouring, odouring or flavouring agents.

Fresh Fruits

Cold Pressing predicates the usage of fresh fruits rather than concentrates so you can be assured that our juices are 100% pure made from real fruits.  

Nutrient Preservation

Our cloudy juices are not only rich in Vitamin C, P, potassium and calcium but also contain pectin, a starch which lowers cholesterol levels and improves metabolic function. They also contain phytoncides, a plant substance which acts as a natural antibiotic.​

Filtration

We do not filter our raw juices so to preserve the naturally-occurring fibres otherwise lost in clear juices. This gives our juices the distinct cloudy nature.

Our blend of apples and cherries is carefully mixed to balance the strong taste of cherries with the smooth taste of apples.

The apple juice acts as an antioxidant, lowers cholesterol levels and improves metabolic function, while the cherry juice contributes to a stronger immune system, better short-term memory and improved sleep.

Our mixologist has carefully balanced the proportions of apples and nectarines to create a unique tasting juice.

Coupled with the health benefits of the apples, the nectarines are full of vitamin A, E, copper and manganese.

It is also known to aid digestion as it's rich in fibre.

Cold Pressed Nectarine Nectar

0,25L, 1L, 3L  

Unlike the mixed juices which are a blend of different fruits, the nectars are a minimum 50% cold pressed fruit purée and 50% water. Its' thicker consistency gives it depth, body and smoothness.

This nectar is perfect if you would like to taste something new, unique and healthy.
